A little about me

The maker
behind the haus

I'm Lilli — a Southern girl originally from Alabama, now happily rooted in Kansas City with my husband Max (an Englishman who has bravely adapted to Kansas City winters) and our two cats.

Henry Haus is my creative corner — the place where everything I love to make, find, grow, and bake lives together under one roof. I believe the gifts God gives us are meant to be used to love the people around us. This is me, trying to do exactly that.

Pull up a chair. Stay a while.

Where it all happens

The
actual haus

Henry Haus is named after our home — a 1920s craftsman in Kansas City that we've been slowly, intentionally making our own. The lace curtains, the cast iron on the stove, the fabric piled in the sewing room corner — it all lives here.

This site is an extension of that same spirit: everything in one place, made with care, and shared with anyone who wants a peek inside.
